Your billing details for the Dynamic Creative Ad Platform
Your billing details are based on the plan that you select after connecting to the Dynamic Creative Ad Platform. In order to be able to send the correct billing information for your plan, we require all users to provide their billing address, company name, ABN (if applicable), and a primary contact (also known as accounts payable contact).
Please note, you will not be asked for your credit card details until your campaigns have gone live. If you are using our free plans, no credit card details will be asked unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
All Dynamic Creative customers will receive monthly invoices, however they differ according to the plan selected:
- If you are on a paid plan, you will receive invoices to notify you of your monthly bill.
- If you are on a free plan, you will receive monthly invoices but you will be billed for $0. This is just to remind you that your subscription is active.
