Why has my connection failed?

If your connection has failed, first double check that the details you have entered are correct. Here are some common mistakes that can cause the connection to fail:

1. Not including https:// in the beginning of your website URL.

2. Including 'www' in front of your platform domain. 

3. Copying the API key and/or password manually, causing spaces to be created in the beginning or the end of the key.
